Shan Jelly Crystals Srrawberry
Only 2 ingredients reqd: Water & 1 Packet of Shan Jelly Crystals
Steps of Cooking
1. Boil 2 Cups of Water (400ml) in a saucepan and pour all the contents of Shan Jelly Crystals. Stir continuously till jelly jelly crystals are dissolved.
2. Pour the hot mixture in a mould and allow it to cool for 15mins at room temperature.
3. Refrigerate the Jelly mould for atleast 1hour.
4. Use the knife to loosen the edges of jelly mould and invert it over a serving dish. Serve chilled.
