The Kamatchi Amman lamp (or Kamakshi Amman Vilakku) is a traditional brass lamp engraved engraved with the image of Goddess Kamakshi. Primarily used in daily household pujas, it is believed to attract divine energy, wisdom, and wealth while destroying negativity. It is commonly lit at dawn and dusk. This lamp is preferred to use during Vishnu Festival.
