Veg Manchurian Recipe
Manchurian Balls :
- Take 2 cups of grated of grated cabbage and squeeze the water from it. In a bowl mix cabbage, 1tsp chopped ginger, 1tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 cup besan (Gramflour) and salt to taste. Make small balls and deep fry on slow flame till golden brown. Keep aside.
- Mix Chings Veg Manchurian Masala with 2 cups of water (approx. 300ml)
Manchurian Gravy :
- Heat 1tsp of oil in pan and stir fry 1 cup of diced vegetables of your choice( like onion, carrot, capsicum...) for 2 min. Now add Veg Manchurian Masala(prepared with water) to it. No need to add extra salt.
Final Touch:
- Add Manchurian Balls to the gravy and bring to boil. Garnish with chopped spring onions & Serve Hot!
