Indulge yourself in the delicacy of dahi bara dipped in yogurt with mint and tamarind chutneys!!
Also known as Dahi Bhalle Dal vada. They are prepared with Dal.
Steps of cooking:
- Mix one cup of lukewarm water in Shan Dahi Bara Mix to make a smooth paste. Fry on medium heat till light golden. Keep them at rest and allow to cool.
- Soak the dumplings or bhala in lukewarm water tfor few minutes. Drain water and gently squeeze extra water.
- Now add powdered sugar to yoghurt or dahi and add dumplings
Tip: you can add some tamarind and mint Chutney to yoghurt or on the top of Dumplings. Garnish with roasted jeera or bhuna jeera, black salt, red chili and pomegranate or anaar. your delicious Dahi Bhalla platter is ready to serve!!
