Aachi Rice dosa Mix
Enjoy easy and quick homemade Rice Dosa
Ingredients - Rice Flour, Black lentils, roasted bengal lentil, salt, Compounded Asafoetida (Whole hing) , and red chilli powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix Aachi Murukku Mix with 4-5gm of ghee, 1gm black sesame seeds and 1gm whole jeera (optional) and mix required water to the mix to prepare soft dough.
- Divide the dough in the equal parts. Grease the murukku press and fill it with divided dough
- Heat 500ml oil in a deep frying pan. Press the dough with the required Die provided with the press and fill till the colour changes to golden brown. Murukkus are ready to serve!
