Cooking Instructions:
- Mix Aachi Jalebi Mix with 110ml of water and few drops of rose water(optional) until thick consistency.
- Heat 500ml oil in a deep frying pan. Squeeze the thick mix in the hot oil in circular motion to make jalebis.
- Drop the fried Jalebis immediately into the prepared sugar syrup and soak them for 2min. Jalebis are ready to serve.
Sugar Syrup - Mix 200gm sugar in 150ml water and allow it to boil for 5-10mins.
